Using The SarcMark In The Law

Move over question mark and period, there is new punctuation in town. Introducing, the SarcMark! (see illustration below), It’s the official, easy-to-use punctuation mark to emphasize a sarcastic phrase, sentence or message. Now the judge reading your brief will be able to understand some of your writing when referring to opposing counsel’s arguments, lol. Just think of the possible arguments that one could make using sarcasm that would fully understood by everyone.
